Shipping policy

All T-shirts from Otterly Delulu Co. are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

After you place an order, your item is sent to production. Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time. Printful explains estimated delivery as: fulfilment time plus shipping time.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, fulfilment location, carrier delays, busy periods, and customs processing for international orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs may apply for reshipping or reprinting.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.
